		<description>Christopher, I think it is terribly difficult to understand just how radical are the Lord&#039;s instructions in the Sermon on the Mount. I think recognizing that your response is not quite &quot;turning the other cheek&quot; is perceptive. However, I agree with Joel (Thomas) that you did the right thing. You showed yourself to be civil in spite of aggressive incivility and rudeness; it may not be &quot;turning the other cheek,&quot; exactly, but it was certainly appropriate in every sense.</description>
