Naughton’s Nonsense

Any other week this would have been big news. But the week you are running around with your head cut off, closing on a house, and trying to get ready for a move; it kinda slipped through the cracks and I keep forgetting about it. On tuesday, after the closing, on my way to work I was sitting at a red light in my Corolla. When all of the sudden my foot on the brake hit the floor boards.I lost all power and resistence in my brakes. So I inched forward to make sure I could still stop. After determining this was possible with a little effort and the car pulling to the left, I slowly made my way to work keeping maximum distance between me and the other cars. What fun life is. Oh well, the mechanic said it should be a minor repair for under $200. Some days I wonder if I should take up the old internet panhandling thing again.
